Our culinary team has created a bright, seasonal menu to accompany four distinctive pours—from shrimp cocktail with jalapeño-peach granita and Rosé of Syrah to herb-crusted bluefin tuna with Pinot Noir, finishing with strawberry galette and Riesling.
