Mac’s Manhattan State of Mind
You don’t have to move to the Big Apple to score this classic drink. Made with Eagle Rare Bourbon, Sweet Vermouth, and Angostura Bitters, we can positively state that this drink is a perfect way to finish off one of our chef’s creations like the Carolina Black Grouper or English Cut Prime Short Rib, both of which are seasoned perfectly and made fresh to order.
Singing in the Rain
If the Georgia weather has you feeling the blues, then one of our favorite drinks to lift your spirits is Singing In The Rain. It starts with Crop Meyer Lemon Vodka and fresh lemon and is finished off with Creme de Violette. This tart and tangy cocktail is a great match with our Raw Bar Platter, which features chilled shrimp, crab and lobster cocktail, and freshly shucked oysters.
Dream a Little Dream
Since we are talking about after-dinner drinks, we can’t think of a better option to help you settle in for the evening than our Dream A Little Dream drink. It’s constructed with our own Mac’s Barrel Dobel Diamante, Select Apertivo, and topped off with fresh pressed lime and foam, all of which rounds out a meal of hearty Sweet Brunswick Stew or a perfectly cooked Filet Mignon.
